Unit 2, practical 21: customers who never ordered (page 45)

A LEFT JOIN keeps every customer; IS NULL keeps only those with no matching order.

Unit 4, practical 41: chairs or tables? (page 88)

Profit is Rs 400 per chair and Rs 900 per table, with 400 carpentry hours, 180 polishing hours and 390 units of wood a week. Solver (Simplex LP) maximises =SUMPRODUCT(B2:C2,B4:C4) subject to D6:D8 <= E6:E8.

Output: 50 chairs and 60 tables give Rs 74,000. Carpentry and wood are binding; 10 polishing hours stay idle. Short-answer practice for every IPU course: GGSIPU important questions.

Excel practicals follow Aim → Software → Input data → Steps → Formulas → Output → Result, with print-outs of the output and the formula view (Ctrl + `). ER practicals add a case and mapped tables, as in Unit 3, practical 25 (pages 56-57):

How to prepare for the BBA 325 practical exam across Excel, MySQL, ERPNext and Zoho CRM

• Excel 2016, 2019 or 365 with the Solver add-in switched on.
• Power BI Desktop (free); no college account means exporting reports to PDF.
• MySQL Workbench's Safe Updates mode blocks UPDATE or DELETE without a key (Error 1175).
• ERPNext on a Frappe Cloud trial; TallyPrime Educational Mode accepts voucher dates only on the 1st, 2nd and 31st.

BBA 325 viva questions with short answers from all four units

7. Expected revenue of a deal? Amount × stage probability. (Unit 4)
8. MIS vs DSS? MIS gives routine reports; DSS supports what-if decisions. (Unit 4)
