Our Commitment to Fairness

At Unnati Education, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and straightforward — so you always know where you stand.

Since we provide educational coaching services (not physical products), refunds work differently depending on what type of service you've enrolled in and when you request cancellation. We deal with each request individually and aim to reach a fair resolution.

1. Refund Eligibility

New Enrolments

If you have recently enrolled in a program (NIOS, IGNOU, B.Ed, CBSE, etc.) and wish to cancel within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email or WhatsApp message, you are eligible for a full refund of the program fee — provided no significant services (such as personalised counselling, study plan creation, or document submission to the board) have already been initiated on your behalf.

Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made duplicate payments for the same program, we will refund the duplicate amount in full within 5 business days of the error being identified and verified.

Service Not Rendered

If Unnati Education is unable to deliver the enrolled service (e.g., a program is discontinued before it begins), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that program.

Quality Concerns

If you have a genuine concern about the quality of service received, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to address your concern first — as your satisfaction and learning outcomes are our priority.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Personalised Services

Once we have commenced personalised services on your behalf — such as admission form submission to NIOS/IGNOU, creation of a custom study plan, document verification, or direct communication with educational boards on your behalf — the fee for those specific services becomes non-refundable.

Study Materials

Study materials, previous year papers, assignments, and resources provided digitally or physically are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, as they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

After Refund Window

Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial programme confirmation are not eligible, unless there are exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis by our management.

One-to-One Counselling

Fees paid for dedicated one-to-one counselling sessions, personal mentorship, or individual doubt-clearing sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted, regardless of satisfaction.

3. Programme Cancellation

How to Cancel

To cancel your programme enrolment, please send a written request via WhatsApp or email clearly stating your name, enrolled programme, and reason for cancellation. Please do not simply stop attending classes — formal cancellation is required.

Before Services Begin

If your cancellation request is received before we have begun any personalised service on your behalf, you will receive a full refund of the programme fee minus any transaction charges levied by payment processors.

After Services Begin

If cancellation is requested after we have started services (admission filing, material preparation, schedule creation), a pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of services not yet delivered.

Transfer Instead of Refund

In some cases, we may offer to transfer your enrolment to a different programme, batch, or academic session instead of processing a cash refund. This is entirely at our discretion and will be discussed with you directly.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Step 1: Request

Submit your refund request via WhatsApp (+91 98994 36384) or email (info@unnatieducations.com) with your enrolment details and reason for the request.

Step 2: Review

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this period.

Step 3: Decision

Once your request is assessed, we will notify you of the outcome — whether approved, partially approved, or not eligible — along with the amount and reasoning.

Step 4: Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card used for the original transaction). We cannot guarantee the exact timing as it also depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment & Fee Clarifications

Fee Breakdown

Programme fees are clearly communicated at the time of enrolment. They typically include: coaching fees, study material access, assignment guidance, and examination support. Specific inclusions are outlined in your enrolment confirmation.

GST

All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST is not refundable separately as it is remitted to the government on your behalf.

Installments

If you are on an installment plan, any refund calculation will be based on the total programme fee, not the individual installment paid.

Re-enrolment

If you cancel and later wish to re-enrol in the same or a different programme, you will need to pay the full programme fee at the rates applicable at the time of re-enrolment — no credit from previous payments will be carried forward unless explicitly approved by management.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

What Qualifies

We recognise that genuine exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation outside India, sudden financial hardship) may warrant consideration outside the standard policy. Such cases should be submitted with supporting documentation and will be reviewed by our management team within 7 business days.

How to Apply

Send your exceptional circumstances request with documentation (medical certificates, relocation proof, etc.) to info@unnatieducations.com. Be clear, honest, and comprehensive in your submission — this helps us evaluate your case fairly.

You are also welcome to visit our centre at C-595, Guru Virjanand Marg, Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018 during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM) to discuss any concerns in person.

Record Keeping

We recommend retaining copies of all payment receipts, WhatsApp messages, and email confirmations related to your enrolment and refund requests for your own records.
