REFUND POLICY – UNNATI EDUCATIONS

1. No Refund on Digital Products (Strict Policy)
All study materials sold by Unnati Educations — including PDF notes, IGNOU/NIOS solved assignments, question banks, model answers, sample papers, study guides, and downloadable files — are non-refundable and non-returnable, under all circumstances.
Reason:
Once digital content is delivered, it cannot be taken back, copied-control cannot be guaranteed, and the user gains irreversible access.
Hence, refunds are not possible.
If you purchase any digital study material, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. WhatsApp Orders: Customer Responsibility
All orders placed through WhatsApp follow the same policy:

Once the file is sent on WhatsApp (PDF, image, link, document), the sale is considered final.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct WhatsApp number, email, or delivery details.

Wrong number / wrong email / wrong details → No refund.
We deliver exactly to the details provided by the customer.
3. No Refund for:
Refunds will not be provided for:

Downloaded or accessed digital files

Wrong course or subject selected by the user

Wrong medium (Hindi/English) selected

Change of mind or “I don’t need it anymore”

Claiming the material is not suitable for their exam style

Material not matching personal expectations

Attempting to use the material after ordering and then requesting a refund

Duplicate purchases made by customer error
-
Delay caused by user’s mobile/network issue
-
Issues caused by outdated devices, storage error, app problems, etc.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by User
If the user shares incorrect subject code, year, stream, or course details, Unnati Educations is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
We prepare and deliver materials exactly as per the information you provide.
5. Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for:

WhatsApp delivery failures

Network issues
-
Device storage errors
-
Files not opening due to old software or incompatible apps

Delay in user response
-
Mistakes caused by the user’s phone settings
These are not valid grounds for refunds.
6. Quality & Accuracy Disclaimer
All materials are based on:

We do not guarantee:

Exam marks
-
Paper prediction
-
100% accuracy
-
That IGNOU/NIOS will accept or approve the content
Materials are for educational assistance only, not official solutions.
Refunds cannot be given for disagreements over accuracy or format.
7. Complaint Procedure (Mandatory)
If you believe there is a serious issue, the user must:

Send 3 emails explaining the problem

Send 3 WhatsApp messages

Give us 2–3 weeks time to respond or resolve
This process must be completed before any escalation.
Failure to follow this process means the complaint is not considered valid.
8. No Legal Action Without Following Process
If a user wants to pursue any legal complaint (civil or consumer):

They must finish the mandatory complaint process above

Only then can they escalate

All disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Vikaspuri Police Station / West Delhi courts
